Originally from Oakville, Ontario, Dr. Rai earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Toronto in 2020. He went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at D’Youville University in August 2024. During his clinical training, Dr. Rai completed rotations in Buffalo, New York, including at University at Buffalo Neurosurgery (UBNS), where he assisted in the care of both pre- and post-operative patients.
Dr. Rai has additional training in myofascial release techniques and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. He is an evidence-based, board-certified chiropractor licensed in both Canada and the United States. He is also an active member of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, and the Ontario Chiropractic Association.
Having practiced in both the Metro Detroit area and West Michigan, Dr. Rai is excited to bring his skills and experience to the Windsor community. Outside of clinical practice, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.

Christopher completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto
and earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor.
Christopher is passionate about giving back to the Windsor-Essex community through his work
in physiotherapy. He is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care grounded
in evidence-based practice to help patients achieve their goals. Collaborating closely with each
person, he develops individualized treatment plans that reflect their needs and priorities.
Christopher’s clinical experience spans both hospital and private clinic settings, and he brings a
strong background in sport and coaching. Since 2018, he has served as coach and trainer for
multiple teams in the Mimico Minor Lacrosse organization, working with athletes from U9
through U17.
Christopher has contributed to sport psychology research at the University of Windsor and was
a member of a University of Toronto research team that examined the effects of breathing and driving performance.

In his approach to practicing acupuncture, Paul blends his compassion for people and his passion for Chinese Medicine with the knowledge he has accumulated over the past 25 years in practice.
Paul grew up in Windsor, played basketball at Assumption High and studied music at the University of Windsor. After graduating university, he moved to Los Angeles, California where he lived for several
years and attended graduate school in Acupuncture. He later moved to Portland, Oregon, where he built a small, “mom and pop style” thriving practice in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In Portland, Paul also spent several years volunteering acupuncture services at Outside In, an exemplary nonprofit health and youth resource center. He also worked as a clinic supervisor in the comprehensive and innovative Classical Chinese Medicine Program at National University of Natural Medicine.
